The Octopus has the sound of more than one drummer and is often mistaken for such.  His unique style and talent for mixing the foundations of groove and melody topped with aux percussion forming a tight weave of music and improv composition put him in a league all his own.   The feel and emotional connection through his powerful rhtyhm will draw you in, ground you and set your body in motion!

Watching Reid perform you will see him enter a trans state of pure expression as he becomes a conduit through which the music flows.   As is the nature of live drumming, those around will find the door to their own rhythm wide open, and experience a deeper connection to their source.
